We continue to explore successful ways for the industry to transform "Made in China" to "Made in Africa" while fulfilling the purpose of creating job opportunities for African people.
In order to meet the growing customer needs, we have been expanding and developing the quality and quantity of our factory for the last 10 years. We insist on providing reliable "Made in China" and "Made in Africa" products to our customers. To achieve this commitment, up to now we have established four factories located in China (Baise City and Maoming City) and Africa (Ethiopia and Kenya) with over 1300 skilled workers and more than 20 production lines.
KaChun has three factories in China, with over 700 skilled workers, 25,400 total square meters production area and over 8,000 square meters warehouse.Our factories are all equipped with a garment design department, professional production line, cutting/ironing/trimming/packing/sewing/buttoning workshop and our own laboratory, etc.
On our production line, we have various types of equipment to handle different kinds of fabrics and designs. We also have a sample production room to efficiently process customers' diverse requirements for samples, and deliver our sample to customers ASAP.
Building on the momentum of the growing textile industry, we set up our Africa factory in Ethiopia and Kenya, with more than 1,500 employees, including 200 administrators and technicians, 1,300 sewing workers at the moment. Since then, KaChun Garment Co has been able to offer duty-free products to customers throughout the entire European and US market, including knit and woven garments such as shirts, T-shirts, non-sealed jackets, vests, and trousers.
We have established a laboratory with complete professional textile testing equipment for quality control, including a hydraulic press, sun/climate tester, retro-reflectivity tester, and microcomputer control tensile tester, etc.
Our QC system strictly follows four steps:
1. Warehouse quality assurance before production.
2. First inspection during progress checks.
3. Second inspection during finished product checks.
4. Random inspection for pre-delivery checks.
As a professional workwear manufacturer, we have received various qualification certificates, including ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 9001:2015. These honors not only add credibility to KaChun but also demonstrate that our products and services meet the expectations of the market and customers.
